Questions

Before you sign up

What does the licence cover?
Playing music from LISTN AI as background music at one place of business: a shop, cafe, restaurant, bar, gym, salon, hotel lobby, waiting room or office.
Do I also need ASCAP, BMI or SESAC for this music?
The music here is made with AI and released by its creators directly, not through those societies, so your licence for it comes from LISTN AI. If you also play other music, those licences still apply to that music.
I have more than one location.
Up to three locations are $29.99 each, and each one plays from its own internet. With four or more, take the Blanket licence: $99.99 a month for every store, with no internet lock and up to 100 staff logins.
Why is the licence tied to the store's internet?
A location licence covers one store. The first internet it plays from becomes the store's; anywhere else, ads come back and Store mode is locked. If the store gets new internet, move it in Business home (once every 7 days), or ask us. The Blanket licence has no internet lock.
What is not covered?
Selling or copying the music, putting it in ads, videos or broadcasts, and ticketed live events. Ask us about those.
How do I pay and cancel?
$29.99 a month by card. Cancel any time in your account; the licence runs until the end of the month you paid for.
