Locations and the store's internet
Each location plays from its own internet. Here is how it is set and how to move it.
On the per location Business licence, each location plays from one internet connection (its IP address). This keeps one licence to one store.
- Setting it: the first time music plays at a store, that internet becomes the store's. You can also open Business home at the store and press Set as this store.
- Away from the store: ads come back and Store mode is locked. Business home says so at the top.
- New internet at the store: open Business home or Store mode at the store and press Move here next to the location. You can move a location once every 7 days. Need it sooner? Write to us and we move it for you.
- More locations: Business home, Plan and locations: change the number of locations (up to 3), or move to the Blanket licence.
The Blanket licence has no internet lock: play at any of your stores, on any connection.
