Copyright and Takedowns

Every creator and distributor publishing on LISTN AI must own or control the rights to the music, voices, text and artwork they provide, and follow our AI Content Policy. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). The full policy is in section 12 of our Terms of Use.

Reporting a problem

If you believe a song, episode, chapter or cover on LISTN AI uses your work without permission, send a rights report or write to our Copyright Agent. Your notice must include:

your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough);
the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
the item on LISTN AI you want removed, with its link;
your name and contact details, including an email address, and a postal address and telephone number if you have them;
a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

We remove or disable access to the material, tell the creator who provided it, and send them a copy of the notice. A creator who believes the material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice, as the Terms of Use explain. Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. We close, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of creators and users who repeatedly infringe.

Voices, likeness and other rights

To report a cloned or imitated voice, the use of a name or likeness, a trademark issue, or any other rights problem, use the same form. Voices of real people may only be used with their written permission.
