Write to us about your account, Premium, publishing, advertising or delivering a catalog.
Can't find the answer here? Open Contact (at the bottom of the menu, beside Help) and write to us.
- Choose who you are: Listener, AI artist, Podcaster, Author, Advertiser, Distributor or Something else, and what it is about.
- For a Premium payment, add its date, and for a track, episode or chapter, add its name, so we can find it fast. If you are signed in, we see your account with your message.
- Distributors answer a few questions about their catalog instead: the company, the website, how many creators and releases, and how you would deliver.
We reply by email, usually within two working days. For something here that should not be, use Report a rights problem.
