Delivering releases by SFTP or API
DDEX ERN messages with the audio, the cover and the AI tool.
Distributors deliver releases as DDEX ERN messages (3.8, and 4.1 to 4.3) with the audio and the cover, by SFTP or through our API. Everything is read within five minutes, and each release is checked before it goes live. Only music made with AI is accepted, and each release must name its AI tool.
Your login, your API key and the full delivery guide come from our team. Send us your DDEX Party ID and deliver one release first to check its acknowledgement.
To start, fill in the distributor form on the Contact page: your company, your catalog and how you would deliver.
