Write to us and we will look at it.
Premium is billed monthly and you can stop it any time, so we do not normally refund part of a month. If you were charged by mistake or twice, write to us with the date of the payment and we will put it right. Customers in the EU and UK have the withdrawal rights described in the Terms of Use.
